Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LinkedBrief platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

LinkedBrief reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

LinkedBrief is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered LinkedIn outreach automation tools, including:

• Offer analysis from URLs, PDFs, and documents
• AI-generated personalized LinkedIn outreach sequences
• Lead management and tracking
• Meeting booking automation
• AI-powered meeting preparation tools
• Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass messaging
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or community guidelines
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activities

5. Subscription and Payments

LinkedBrief offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Scale) with different feature sets and usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@linkedbrief.com for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, branding, and design, is owned by LinkedBrief and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

Content you create using the Service (sequences, messages, lead data) remains your property. LinkedBrief does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinkedBrief provides the Service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedBrief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. LinkedBrief reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
